Mindfulness Psychotherapy practices can help depression, stress, anxiety, bereavement, shock and trauma, relationship problems, addiction. The emphasis is on relieving suffering through bringing awareness and compassion to how we are in the present moment.
I will offer you a deep, gentle, non-judgmental, holistic and confidential approach to understanding both yourself and the difficulties you are facing.
The sessions last an hour and are held weekly.
